The website of the store "ANTIGONI" (www.antigoni.com) aims to inform consumers about its products, giving them the opportunity to place their order online. Access to and use of this website is subject to the following terms and rules, which prevail over any contrary express or implied agreement between the store "ANTIGONI" and its users-visitors.
The store takes all reasonable measures to ensure that the data and information contained on its website are complete, accurate and reliable. The store does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, accuracy and reliability of the above information, including technical, typographical or photographic errors and is not liable to users for any damage due to their incorrect and inaccurate nature. The store reserves the right to modify its website, to add, modify and remove any element and information contained therein without notice. It also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Following the message, a representative of the shop will personally contact the prospective consumer in order to achieve the best and fastest possible service.
The payment methods for purchases from the online store "ANTIGONI" can be made in the following ways:
Within Greece using credit or debit cards, by cash on delivery and by deposit to the bank account of the "ANTIGONI" store. Transactions with credit and debit cards are supported by the globally approved stripe credit and debit card transaction system. Cash on delivery is available for purchases up to a total value of 1000,00 euros. In the case of cash on delivery, the consumer must pay the courier company both the amount of the cash on delivery and its cost (if any) upon receipt of the product. Transactions by bank deposit are made after the consumer has been informed of the value of his purchase. From the date of finalization of the order the time for the deposit of the money is 5 working days. After 5 days we automatically reserve the right to cancel the order. No product will be shipped from the store to the consumer if the transaction fee has not previously appeared in the store's bank account.

Shipping methods and costs:
Orders are shipped as follows:
GREECE: The courier company that the store cooperates with for sending orders in Greece is Speedex or ACS Courier. The shipping is free of charge for orders over 50,00 euros. For orders of a lower value, the cost of shipping is 3.50 euros, provided that they are not in remote or inaccessible areas. The cost of cash on delivery is an additional 3.00 euros.
EU COUNTRIES: Shipments to EU countries, the UK and Switzerland are carried out by the courier company DHL and have a delivery time of 1-3 working days. Shipping is free of charge for orders over 200,00 Euro. For orders of a lower value the shipping charge is 20,00 Euro. Also, in these countries can be sent by registered mail, with delivery in 5-15 working days. Shipping is free of charge for orders over 200.00 euros. For orders of a lower value, a shipping fee of 6.50 euros is charged. Customs clearance costs or taxes that may arise will be covered by the consumer upon receipt of the product.
Outside Europe: Deliveries to countries outside Europe are carried out by the courier company DHL and have a delivery time of 1-5 working days. Shipping is free of charge for orders over 500,00 Euro. For orders of less value the shipping charge is 35,00 euros. Any customs clearance costs or taxes that may arise will be covered by the buyer upon receipt of the product.
Right of return/replacement.
In case of actual defect or lack of agreed quality, the consumer is entitled to:
- Repair or replacement of the product.
The consumer has the right to demand without charge the repair or replacement of the product if:
The order is executed incorrectly, i.e. an item other than the one ordered is delivered, or the wrong quantity or a defective product is delivered. In this case, the consumer must contact the store within 48 hours of receipt of the product at email@example.com, in order to point out the problem and authorize its return. The product must not have been used and must be in its packaging in the condition in which it was received. In any case, the product must be returned with all original accompanying documents (proof of purchase, warranty, etc.) and in its original packaging. Returns are made at the expense of the store and with the postal company that it will indicate.
- Proportional to the omission or defect, reduction of the price by providing a discount coupon.
The defective or defective product must be indicated to the store with a photographic illustration by the consumer so that the problem is absolutely obvious. In this case, the reduction of the price, which the shop is solely responsible for proposing to the consumer, may be made only by providing a discount voucher for a future purchase, to the value of the reduction of the price. If the offer is not accepted by the consumer, the product must be returned at the store's expense and by the postal company indicated by the store.
- Withdrawal from the sale.
The consumer shall have the right to withdraw from the sale without notice within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the goods, returning the goods in their original condition, without incurring any expense other than shipping charges. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the shop shall be obliged to refund the amounts paid by the consumer within thirty (30) calendar days.
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal if:
-it concerns a product for which a personalised order has NOT been placed beforehand,
-the product has not been worn or used beyond the trial period and no modifications have been made,
-by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the indication "return" and reference the order code,
-complete and send the relevant withdrawal form provided at the time of delivery, together with all accompanying documents of the product, such as the guarantee, and the proof of purchase and in the packaging in which it was received.
The "ANTIGONI" store is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during the return transport. In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the store "ANTIGONI" has the right to claim compensation from the consumer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and also to unilaterally make a partial set-off of this claim against the claim of the consumer.
Intellectual property rights.
The content of this website is the intellectual property of the store "ANTIGONI". The distinctive title, trademark and the name of the site on which the website is posted are the property of the shop. All information, text, graphics, designs, software and original photographic material are the intellectual property of the store and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek and European law. The user is granted the right of personal and temporary use of the above material only for viewing and viewing purposes. Any act of reproduction, distribution, modification or use for commercial purposes is prohibited without the prior written permission of the store "ANTIGONI".
