Right of return/replacement.
In case of actual defect or lack of agreed quality, the consumer is entitled to:
1. Repair or replacement of the product.
The consumer has the right to demand without charge the repair or replacement of the product if:
The order is executed incorrectly, i.e. an item other than the one ordered is delivered, or the wrong quantity or a defective product is delivered. In this case, the consumer must contact the store within 48 hours of receipt of the product at eshop@antigoni.com, in order to point out the problem and authorize its return. The product must not have been used and must be in its packaging in the condition in which it was received. In any case, the product must be returned with all original accompanying documents (proof of purchase, warranty, etc.) and in its original packaging. Returns are made at the expense of the store and with the postal company that it will indicate.
Proportional to the omission or defect, reduction of the price by providing a discount coupon.
The defective or defective product must be indicated to the store with a photographic illustration by the consumer so that the problem is absolutely obvious. In this case, the reduction of the price, which the shop is solely responsible for proposing to the consumer, may be made only by providing a discount voucher for a future purchase, to the value of the reduction of the price. If the offer is not accepted by the consumer, the product must be returned at the store’s expense and by the postal company indicated by the store.
3. Withdrawal from the sale.
The consumer shall have the right to withdraw from the sale without notice within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the goods, returning the goods in their original condition, without incurring any expense other than shipping charges. f the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the shop shall be obliged to refund the amounts paid by the consumer within thirty (30) calendar days.
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal if:
• it concerns a product for which a personalised order has NOT been placed beforehand,
• the product has not been worn or used beyond the trial period and no modifications have been made,
• by sending an email to eshop@antigoni.com with the indication “return” and reference the order code,
• complete and send the relevant withdrawal form provided at the time of delivery,
together with all accompanying documents of the product, such as the guarantee, and the proof of purchase and in the packaging in which it was received.
The “ANTIGONI” store is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during the return transport. In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the store “ANTIGONI” has the right to claim compensation from the consumer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and also to unilaterally make a partial set-off of this claim against the claim of the consumer.
